Life in modern societies brings with it many challenges that we all must face if we are to overcome or master them. Digital transformation is accelerating all aspects of life, climate change is threatening the existence of animals, plants, and humans as the cause of it, and advancing globalization is changing the familiar processes of the division of labor.

All of these challenges are interdependent and can only be solved if they are considered as a whole and solution strategies are developed that bring society, the world of work and the environment into harmony with one another.

As Central Hessian Institute for Sustainability and Diversity We want to contribute to meeting these challenges and as An independent, modern educational provider that combines traditional labor market programs with the social future topics of digital transformation, climate change, sustainability and globalization, ensuring that the opportunities found in such transformation processes benefit everyone and that everyone is equally considered in shaping the future.

For this we offer not only vocational qualification, further training and support in (re-)entering the labour market, but link these challenges through Projects, workshops and transnational cooperations mwith the future topics mentioned.

We believe that challenges and change also represent opportunities that must be equally accessible to all people if we, as a global community, want to create a future worth living for everyone. And since every change begins small, we want to move a little closer to this goal, step by step, together with the people of Central Hesse, but also with regional, national, and international partners.
