Code4SP

In the EU project  Code4SP - Coding for Social Promotion, the good practice from our partner   CodeDoor  - the teaching of programming skills to people from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds - is transferred to the southern European regions of our project partners and jointly adapted to different framework conditions.

By using the CodeDoor infrastructure of non-formal educational opportunities to learn programming skills, socially disadvantaged groups of people, especially migrants, are to be trained to become competent, future-oriented employees, taking into account the requirements of the labor market.

With Code4SP, we also want to increase the willingness of potential employers in the Central Hesse region to hire disadvantaged groups of people and thus counteract negative stereotypes.
