If I look at my professional path, a lot has changed. I used to work in the private sector at an international company, but then I slipped into the educational landscape by chance and quickly realized that I was in the right place. Through the project work with many different people, however, I became very aware that a large proportion of these people will always find it difficult in our modern society to go their own way in the transformation of our times. For me this is quite unimaginable. As a co-founder of MIND, I would therefore like to support people in standing up for what they want with self-confidence and help them to acquire skills and competencies to go their (professional) path in our very fast-moving society. For me, this includes not only the necessary, professional skills, but also topics such as sustainability, the environment and modern lifestyles. I firmly believe in creating awareness here through communication across all channels, bringing in and implementing my own ideas and thus making the world a little bit better.
