If I look at my professional path, it has changed considerably. I used to work in the private sector for an international company, but then I stumbled into the educational sector more or less by chance and quickly realized that this was the right place for me. Through project work with many different people, however, I became very aware that a large proportion of these people will always find it difficult to independently forge their own path in our modern society in the changing times. This was actually unimaginable for me. As co-founder of MIND, I want to support people in confidently standing up for what they want and help them acquire the skills and competencies to follow their (professional) path in our very fast-moving society. For me, this includes not only the necessary, professionally demanded skills, but also topics such as sustainability, the environment, and modern ways of life. I firmly believe that by communicating across all channels, I can raise awareness, contribute and implement my own ideas, and thus manage to make the world a little bit better.
