The older I get, the clearer it becomes to me that I can't save the world. But the older I get, the clearer it also becomes to me that I don't need to. It's completely sufficient if we change the part of the world that directly surrounds us. As co-founder of MIND, I now have the opportunity to make small changes and make the world a little bit better. For almost eight years now, I have worked in leadership positions in the educational sector and find the work truly enriching. As one of the creative minds of the founding team, I work with alternative living arrangements such as tiny houses and container buildings, as well as sustainable construction, and have already gained some experience in constructing such buildings. Another passion is developing project ideas in the areas of the environment, permaculture, and the digital transformation of the working world. When developing project ideas, I always try to combine these passions and design holistic concepts, as I firmly believe that transformation and change should be understood as an interplay of all these factors.
